Rody Vera Online Playwriting Course

RCVOPC is Pelikulove’s pilot project of an online playwriting course that will kickstart a series of Filipino online courses to further contribute to the development of Philippine arts and culture. RCVOPC features award-winning playwright, screenwriter, director, singer, and actor Rody Vera as its mentor.

The 13-lesson course is a combination of lectures and class discussions with exercises and downloadable learning materials. Course registrants may be inspired to learn from their own huddles in their school or community – much like in a classroom setting. They can learn the basics of playwriting not only from our esteemed mentor and course (videos and summary handouts), but from their peers as well. Since the RCVOPC will have a forum and comments feature, course registrants may interact with and be inspired with one another, and critique each other’s work without the limitations of their geographical location and time zone.
